1. Who we are
CloseHawk (closehawk.com) is operated by Adam Wianecki, a sole proprietor based in New York. We help home-service and trades businesses respond to leads faster with AI-powered systems. Contact: adam@closehawk.com.
2. What we collect
We only collect information you give us directly:
- Lead form: when you submit the contact form on closehawk.com, we receive your name, email, phone number, business name, your message, and how you'd like us to reach you. This is stored in our CRM (HubSpot).
- Booking: when you book a discovery call, our scheduling tool (Cal.com) collects your name, email, phone number, business name, and your answer to the optional question about your biggest challenge. Bookings sync with a calendar so we don't double-book you.
- Basic site data: like most websites, ours may log standard technical information (browser type, pages visited) through our hosting provider. We don't run invasive tracking.
- Cookies: we don't set tracking cookies ourselves. Our contact form is embedded from HubSpot, and HubSpot may set its own cookies when you use it — see HubSpot's privacy policy for details.
We do not collect payment information on this site, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
3. How long we keep it
We keep lead and booking information for as long as we're in an active conversation or business relationship with you, and for a reasonable period afterward to maintain our records. You can ask us to delete it sooner at any time — see "Your rights" below.
4. How we use it
We use your information for one reason: to respond to you. That means answering your inquiry, scheduling and preparing for a call, and following up about our services. If you gave us your number and asked to be called or texted, we'll reach you that way.
5. What we don't do
- We don't sell your data. Not to anyone, not ever.
- We don't spam. You won't get marketing blasts you didn't ask for.
- We don't share your info with third parties except the tools we need to operate (our CRM, scheduling tool, and email provider) — and only so they can do their job for us.
6. Security
We're a small business, not an enterprise. Your data lives inside reputable third-party tools (HubSpot, Cal.com, Google) with their own security measures. We take reasonable care, but no system on the internet is perfectly secure, and we won't pretend otherwise.
7. Your rights
You can ask us at any time to show you what information we have about you, correct it, or delete it. Email adam@closehawk.com and we'll handle it. We'll respond as quickly as we reasonably can.
8. Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle data, we'll update this page and change the date at the top. Significant changes will be noted clearly.
