1. Who we are

CloseHawk (closehawk.com) is operated by Adam Wianecki, a sole proprietor based in New York. By using this site, you agree to these terms.

2. What this site offers

This site describes CloseHawk's services — AI-powered lead response and booking systems for home-service and trades businesses — and lets you contact us or book a discovery call. Browsing the site, submitting the contact form, or booking a call does not create a client relationship. Actual work only begins under a separate written agreement.

3. No guaranteed outcomes

We never promise specific revenue, lead counts, conversion rates, or business results. Any numbers or examples on this site are illustrative, not guarantees. Results depend on your business, your market, and factors outside our control.

4. Demo content is illustrative

Demos, sample conversations, and example businesses shown on this site or our social channels are fictional and illustrative only — for example, any business named "Demo <Trade> Co." is not a real client. They show what the system can do, not what it has done for a specific customer.

5. Intellectual property

Everything on this site — text, logo, images, videos — belongs to CloseHawk unless stated otherwise. You're welcome to share links to our pages. Don't copy, reproduce, or redistribute our content as your own without permission.

6. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the site: no scraping our forms, no spam submissions, no attempting to break or abuse anything. If you submit a form, give us real information so we can actually reach you.

7. Third-party tools

Our site uses third-party services (such as HubSpot for forms and Cal.com for booking). Your use of those tools is also subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, CloseHawk is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site. If you disagree with these terms, your remedy is to stop using the site.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, where CloseHawk operates.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the business grows. We'll change the date at the top when we do, and continued use of the site after changes means you accept them.
